The first "HMUN-format" conference ever made in Brazil and proudly one of the TOP 9 BEST HIGH SCHOOL CONFERENCES IN THE WORLD, according to BestDelegate!
GENERAL INFORMATION:

The conference will be held via Zoom through video meetings. Before the conference, delegates and advisors will receive the Zoom links for each committee via email and must only access them according to the schedule;

Committee papers will be moved, shared, and presented by delegates and directors via Google Drive and Google Docs. The folder is up to the chair's responsibility and supervision;

Following our Immersive Program, the conference will be held in English, and the rules and procedures adopted by Deleglobe will be those regularly used in the biggest conferences in the world, such as HMUN and NAIMUN. Moreover, through the Guide to Delegate Preparation, delegates will be able to obtain a complete guide for this conference format that deeply explains each of the procedures. Besides, a training session will be available for all delegates to experience a similar subject prior to the conference itself, and everyone is invited to access this website's DELEGATE RESOURCES tab for additional tips and materials;

Delegates are encouraged to wear WBA (Western Business Attire) during the committee sessions and accordingly maintain their cameras turned on at all times;

The conference will be 100% free, and there will be the chance for delegates to contribute to our project through optional donation actions;

All students between 15 and 21 years old are eligible to attend, regardless of their level of education. Gap-year students are likewise welcome;

COMMITTEE OPTIONS:
Please note that not necessarily all committees will be present at the conference. The number of committees available will be influenced by the number of approved delegates as a way to grant high quality at the event. In case a committee ends up not being featured at the conference, its guide will be further available on the "Delegate Resources" page for your use on organizing further conferences. Additionally, in case we do not include all committees, those selected will be according to most delegates' preferences at their applications.
EVERYONE CAN BE APPROVED.
Although this conference has a selective process and can (and will) end up not approving every student who applies for this experience, previous Model UN experience is not a crucial factor that will split those with a chance of being approved or not. Our analysis will be holistic, and the greatest fit that we can find on an applicant is their commitment and will to really take advantage of DegloMUN for self-development. Nevertheless, DegloMUN will display a high level of debate, and you are more than encouraged to elaborate on how you'll be able to contribute to this conference's best environment possible. Deleglobe itself was born with a very specific purpose: availing of the "new online world" to bring the world together at a place everyone can call home; we see virtual platforms as the perfect way to connect you with someone from the other side of the planet without having to afford a very expensive trip to get there! In this sense, with a global character, we welcome you to join us virtually from wherever you live, in the comfort of your home. Moreover, as a Brazilian organization, we assume the duty of using the online mechanism as the one of the ONLY current ways to make Brazilian students access a MUN conference in this format because the parliamentary procedures used in this country's MUN events are different, and the first time it an alike conference happened in-person was MMR, in partnership with us, about a month ago. Above all, we are an international conference from an international project, and our goal is to keep providing you with access to this format, connecting each student with a global network.
